About the role

Wortmann KG is seeking a detail-oriented individual to join their quality assurance team in Detmold. The role involves evaluating shoe samples, conducting fit and quality checks, and managing the production sample process to ensure high standards are met. You will collaborate with product management and international production facilities to maintain the company's reputation for quality.

Responsibilities

• Anprobe und Bewertung eingehender Schuhmuster in Schuhgröße 37
• Durchführung regelmäßiger Passform- und Qualitätskontrollen
• Prüfung und Freigabe von Produktionsmustern
• Pflege von Produkt- und Musterinformationen
• Kontrolle der Umsetzung von Qualitätsvorgaben
• Kommunikation zu Passform, Qualität und möglichen Anpassungen
• Begleitung des Musterprozesses bis zur Produktionsfreigabe
• Sicherstellung einer reibungslosen Zusammenarbeit zwischen Produktmanagement und internationalen Produktionsstätten
