General Manager, Pharmacy

About the role

The General Manager, Pharmacy will assume end-to-end accountability for the build, licensing, performance, and long-term growth of Clover's pharmacy business. This role involves owning the P&L, designing the operating model, and scaling the pharmacy to improve medication access and outcomes for Medicare Advantage members. The position requires frequent onsite presence in New Jersey to oversee development, launch, and ongoing operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the pharmacy P&L, annual operating plan, and capital priorities.
• Lead the end-to-end pharmacy build, including facility selection, technology, and licensing.
• Design and launch the pharmacy operating model and scaling roadmap.
• Build and lead a high-performing management team, including the Pharmacist-in-Charge.
• Establish rigorous operating metrics across prescription volume, quality, compliance, and member experience.
• Drive pharmacy growth through provider engagement and referral pathways.
• Strengthen relationships with wholesalers, manufacturers, and strategic partners.
