About the role

The Pega Lead System Architect will technically shape complex digitalization projects by developing scalable solutions based on Pega and BPM technologies. Working within interdisciplinary teams, the role involves translating business requirements into robust software solutions and playing a central role in architecture, technical implementation, and presales activities.

Responsibilities

• Technical responsibility for demanding digitalization projects based on Pega
• Conception and implementation of efficient, scalable, and reusable Pega solutions
• Development of solution architectures in collaboration with business architects and project teams
• Analysis, modeling, and optimization of existing business processes
• Evaluation of technical requirements and translation into user stories and technical concepts
• Development of IT strategies and target architectures
• Technical support for presales activities and customer-specific solution concepts
• Mentoring and further development of developer teams

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in Pega implementation projects
• Several years of experience as a Lead Developer or in a technical leadership role
