About the role

HeyCharge is looking for a student to support ongoing finance and HR processes. You will gain practical experience in the financial mechanics of a scaled startup by handling tasks ranging from invoice processing to payroll support. This role offers the opportunity to actively contribute to the optimization and automation of operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable including invoice entry, coding, and verification.
• Handle physical mail and document triage.
• Maintain and reconcile weekly payment lists and execute bank transfers.
• Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Support HR administration including onboarding, offboarding, and time tracking.
• Prepare monthly closing documents for external partners and reconcile transactions.

Qualifications
