About the role

As a Graduate Software Engineer, you will develop mission-critical solutions that enable the firm to react to financial markets at high speeds. You will work in an interdisciplinary environment to innovate and optimize code, ensuring the firm remains competitive. This role involves collaborating with traders, researchers, and other engineers to build well-architected systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop simple, well-architected solutions that meet business needs
• Collaborate with traders, researchers, risk analysts, and other engineers
• Participate in the Global Academy training program
• Work with a dedicated mentor to take ownership of technical tasks
