Global Hub Operations Director

About the role

The Global Hub Operations Director leads the operational performance and development of the global production hub network. This role establishes consistent operating standards, manages capacity planning, and ensures hubs deliver high-quality work within agreed service levels and economic frameworks. The Director oversees a team of Hub Operations Leads and collaborates across functions to align capacity, cost, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Set the hub operating model, decision rights, and governance for shared capacity.
• Maintain a practical Hub Playbook covering planning, security, compliance, and service management.
• Assess the hub footprint against demand, capability, resilience, and cost to develop expansion or consolidation plans.
• Translate demand forecasts and capability plans into a rolling view of capacity by hub, skill, and security classification.
• Partner with Commercial and Finance teams to manage forecast accuracy, margin, and operational variance.
• Define operational requirements for resource management platforms and data quality controls.
