AI Platform Engineer

About the role

The AI Platform Engineer will develop and maintain an internal AI hub used by 1,500 employees across a portfolio of 55 software companies. This role bridges cloud engineering and software development to integrate new AI technologies into reliable, scalable solutions. You will work directly with C-level leadership to influence the platform's evolution and impact across the entire corporate group.

Responsibilities

• Develop new integrations, container images, and deployment solutions for the AI platform.
• Maintain and expand the catalog of tools, skills, agents, and integrations.
• Advance the evaluation system to measure and improve AI agent performance.
• Automate and evolve cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code practices.
• Manage releases by testing new versions and ensuring stable deployments.
• Oversee cloud infrastructure components including application gateways, WAF, TLS, Redis, and DNS.
• Implement security patches and develop secure platform structures.
• Monitor availability, deployments, and cloud costs across all instances.

Qualifications
