Founding Product Designer

About the role

3Ive is building an AI co-engineer for physical products that works natively in 3D and integrates with major CAD software. We are looking for a senior designer to define the interaction model between engineers and AI agents. You will own product design end-to-end while contributing significantly to product management and strategy.

Responsibilities

• Design how engineers brief, steer, and review AI agents that generate and modify 3D designs
• Make agent work inspectable in 3D including viewers, measurements, and change tracking
• Develop a coherent design system in collaboration with frontend engineers
• Conduct research loops with industrial customers to inform the product roadmap and specifications
