Senior Project Manager

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager at INDG, you will own the delivery rhythm for complex client programs involving CGI content, digital twins, and interactive experiences. You will structure how work is created, reviewed, and shipped, ensuring repeatable production models that meet brand requirements for quality and scale. This role requires managing multi-disciplinary teams and building efficient operating systems to balance scope, timing, and technical constraints.

Responsibilities

• Own complex delivery from kickoff to launch by managing multiple interactive and CGI-driven projects.
• Translate client goals into timelines, resource plans, review flows, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
• Act as the operating link between client teams, artists, developers, and vendors to ensure clear communication.
• Build and improve delivery systems, including standardizing intake, feedback loops, and approval gates.
• Protect visual quality by balancing scope, timing, budget, and technical limitations throughout the production process.

Qualifications
