Senior Project Manager

About the role

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead large-scale IT projects with societal relevance, working in agile, classic, or hybrid setups. You will manage interdisciplinary teams, translate client requirements into IT solutions, and advise clients on digital transformation throughout the project lifecycle. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of project management methodologies and provide professional guidance to colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Realize large IT projects using agile, classic, or hybrid methodologies
• Translate client requirements into IT solutions and processes within interdisciplinary teams
• Act as a Product Owner in agile project setups
• Manage large interdisciplinary project teams and stakeholder interfaces
• Facilitate client workshops and develop strategies for efficient digital solution implementation
• Identify optimization potential in internal and external collaboration and drive change processes
• Further develop the project management toolset and mentor junior project management colleagues
