About the role
The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across the Human Resources department. This entry-level position supports onboarding, employee records, HR system transactions, recruitment coordination, employee communications, and general HR department operations.
Responsibilities
- Support candidate communications using approved templates
- Track candidate status and documentation in the applicant tracking system
- Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding activities after an offer has been accepted
- Coordinate with hiring managers, Payroll, Information Technology, and other departments to support new-hire readiness
- Assist with personnel-file, I-9, benefits, training, and HR data audits
- Route plan interpretation and eligibility questions to the HR Generalist
- Provide general administrative support for the HR team, including scheduling meetings and preparing reports

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of administrative, customer service, office, recruiting, payroll, healthcare, or Human Resources support experience
- Associate degree, bachelor's degree, Human Resources coursework, internship, or relevant professional training
