Senior Software Engineer

About the role

The Senior Software Engineer will focus on the engineering discipline required to make AI solutions production-ready for large enterprises. You will design technical approaches, shape development workflows, and build the software infrastructure surrounding AI cores. This role involves making technical trade-offs clear to stakeholders and ensuring systems are operable within enterprise IT landscapes.

Responsibilities

• Designing the technical approach for a system slice, from build and test through deployment and operation
• Shaping development workflows including issue tracking, branching, review standards, CI/CD, and release management
• Building services, APIs, data pipelines, and infrastructure as code using Python and Azure
• Ensuring solutions are operable with focus on observability, security, and cost transparency
• Providing specialist guidance across workstreams and conducting design and code reviews
• Communicating technical trade-offs and architectural decisions to senior client stakeholders
