Data Platform & Data Architecture Consultant

About the role

As a Data Platform & Data Architecture Consultant, you will help clients transform their data infrastructure into a competitive advantage. You will design and scale cloud data platforms, establish governance frameworks, and provide strategic advisory services. This role requires a blend of structural thinking and technical expertise to operate across both the blueprint and the build phases of data projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, provision, and harden cloud data platforms covering storage, compute, networking, security, and observability.
• Codify infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation.
• Establish governance frameworks such as data catalogs, data contracts, and RBAC models.
• Design logical and physical data models and map data flows and lineage across systems.
• Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into platform strategy.
