Senior Manager Accounting & Controlling

About the role

You will lead mandates for medium-sized companies by managing their entire accounting and controlling processes, from daily processing to annual financial statements and strategic advisory. You will act as a direct partner to entrepreneurs, translating financial data into actionable business strategies. This role involves leading a team, driving automation, and establishing high standards for financial reporting and planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage ongoing accounting for mandates with a high degree of automation
• Prepare annual financial statements including notes and reports under commercial law
• Conduct monthly or quarterly advisory meetings with entrepreneurs to support decision-making
• Develop and implement financial planning, including liquidity, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Lead and develop the team through performance reviews and mentoring
• Support financing processes and bank discussions with rating-ready documentation

Qualifications
