Clinical Quality Consultant

About the role

Bayesian Health is seeking a Clinical Quality Consultant to support product quality for an FDA-cleared, AI-driven clinical platform. You will investigate clinical alerts, perform case reviews, and communicate findings to clinical teams while helping to build out the company's quality and regulatory processes. This role requires strong clinical reasoning and the ability to learn the technical and regulatory aspects of medical device quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical case reviews on sepsis alerts to determine if the alert behaved as designed.
• Build and apply working knowledge of how the product generates, suppresses, and delivers flags.
• Write clear, accurate responses to clinicians and clinical informatics teams regarding case inquiries.
• Manage a concurrent caseload, prioritizing by clinical and client risk.
• Identify recurring patterns in cases and raise them with the appropriate teams.
• Create and improve case review templates, evidence standards, and escalation paths.
• Support product complaint handling and contribute to the disposition of anomalies as part of the release process.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and 3+ years of acute care experience
• Commensurate healthcare experience with ability to understand clinical aspects of sepsis and clinical deterioration
