Backend Engineer - Agentic AI

About the role

Getpress is building an AI-agent platform to transform the PR industry, moving from a service-based model to a service-as-a-software company. As a Backend Engineer, you will own the technical foundation of the PR platform and develop multi-agent systems that redefine the PR value chain. You will work closely with the AI team to design system architecture, manage data, and implement self-learning loops.

Responsibilities

• Develop the full-stack PR platform that serves as the operating system for the agency.
• Build and orchestrate AI agent systems including self-learning loops and multi-agent workflows.
• Design and maintain system architecture including workflows, data models, and interfaces.
• Advance database architecture using both relational and vector databases.
• Collaborate on compliance and technical stack decisions.
