Working Student System Administration

About the role

As a Working Student in System Administration, you will serve as the primary contact for hardware and software support within the Berlin office. You will assist in maintaining Windows and OSX environments, managing local networks, and contributing to IT security and automation initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to develop your technical skills within an international team while supporting the company's IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Provide help desk support for hardware and software issues
• Provision and maintain Windows and OSX-based systems
• Manage local networks and assist with troubleshooting and documentation
• Develop and implement automation to improve existing workflows
• Contribute to IT security, including cyber attack prevention and backup management
