About the role
The System Engineer & Technical Project Coordinator ensures the smooth operation of IT systems and acts as a key interface between development, project management, and other departments. This role involves managing Oracle databases, cloud environments, and virtualization solutions while supporting customers and internal teams with technical expertise. The position requires a balance of hands-on technical administration and project coordination duties.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate technical projects and act as a central interface between development, project management, and other departments.
- Manage the installation, configuration, analysis, and maintenance of Oracle databases including backup and recovery.
- Administer and support cloud, virtualization, Linux server, and monitoring environments.
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the calculation and creation of technical offers and project proposals.
- Create technical documentation and support the preparation of requirement specifications.
- Participate in customer presentations, workshops, and internal knowledge transfer.

Qualifications
