About the role

The Site Director is responsible for the overall management of the datacenter and its critical infrastructure, ensuring high availability, reliability, and security. This role involves leading maintenance teams, managing external service providers, and overseeing client relations to ensure satisfaction. The position also requires managing performance indicators, preparing for audits, and supporting infrastructure evolution projects.

Responsibilities

• Pilot the datacenter and its critical infrastructure to ensure availability, reliability, and security.
• Enforce operational procedures and safety rules for all site interventions.
• Manage maintenance and operations teams as well as external service providers.
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance operations and manage associated contracts.
• Maintain client relationships and contribute to customer satisfaction.
• Prepare for audits and maintain site certifications.
• Support infrastructure extension, modernization, and continuous improvement projects.
• Monitor and report on performance, quality, and availability indicators.
