Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

SIDES provides an operating system for the hospitality industry, powering POS, payments, and delivery tools for thousands of restaurants. As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will deliver features end-to-end within a cross-functional team, working across the entire stack from backend to frontend. You will contribute to architectural decisions, mentor team members, and ensure the stability and scalability of the platform.

Responsibilities

• Deliver features end-to-end in a cross-functional team, from ideation and design to implementation, rollout, and operations
• Work across the entire stack, from backend to frontend
• Use AI tools responsibly and help establish best practices within the team
• Ensure operational quality with a strong focus on performance, security, stability, scalability, and observability
• Actively contribute to architectural and design decisions
• Support and grow the team through mentoring and pair programming
• Help define and improve standards for testing, code quality, and CI/CD
• Build clean APIs, well-designed data models, and high-performance user experiences

Qualifications
