Global Network Growth Managing Director

About the role

The Growth Managing Director will own a defined enterprise growth domain and be personally accountable for identifying, qualifying, and shaping commercial opportunities. This is an active commercial role focused on driving momentum and resolving ambiguity to progress enterprise-level business transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead a defined area of Enterprise Growth and take personal accountability for all opportunities within it.
• Actively identify and pursue growth opportunities through WPP relationships, direct client signals, and partner motions.
• Work directly with client leaders, agency teams, and capability owners to build trust and secure opportunities.
• Assess opportunity fit, revenue potential, and urgency to determine pursuit strategy.
• Create clear problem statements, value hypotheses, and pursuit recommendations for live opportunities.
• Lead discovery, executive conversations, and pitch development to ensure opportunities gain traction.
• Assemble cross-functional teams across CRM, commerce, data, AI, and media to deliver tailored growth solutions.
