Senior Professional Services Consultant

About the role

The Senior Professional Services Consultant will own the end-to-end implementation of the WalkMe digital adoption platform for complex, high-stakes organizations. This role involves partnering directly with customers to design and build solutions that drive meaningful change in how enterprise users interact with complex platforms. You will report to the Director of Professional Services, EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement interactive experiences for customers to drive business impact.
• Work closely with customer application owners to understand business objectives, pain points, and end-user needs.
• Lead end-to-end projects, collaborating with customers, internal stakeholders, and the development team.
• Monitor and analyze usage data and user feedback to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Conduct training sessions for customers on best practices.
• Identify and resolve issues related to implementation across different platforms and devices.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration with UX/UI designers, developers, and customer success teams.
