About the role

Axle Energy is seeking its first product designer to lead design strategy and execution across its energy infrastructure platform. The role involves working within interdisciplinary teams to solve complex user problems, elevate design quality, and shape the company's visual identity. You will be responsible for both direct design delivery and coaching others to ensure a user-centric approach across B2C and B2B2C products.

Responsibilities

• Understanding user problems and designing great experiences to solve them
• Building the systems that allow for strategic and scalable solutions to allow everybody to ship beautiful software, faster
• Deepening our culture of user research and getting into the weeds of how people experience Axle's products, both B2C and B2B2C
• Leading on our visual identity and finding new ways to tell Axle's story, through web, animation, and video
• Working with global clients to help them to improve their user experiences
