About the role

SFEIR is opening a new agency in Niort and is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build a local tech community. You will work on modern web and mobile applications, cloud-native architectures, and generative AI projects while collaborating with product, UX, and architecture teams. This role focuses on technical excellence, software craftsmanship, and mentoring others within a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop modern and maintainable FullStack applications
• Design performant and secure APIs
• Participate in architectural decisions and define development best practices
• Perform code reviews and mentor less experienced developers
• Work within Cloud Native environments
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and Architecture teams
• Challenge existing practices to continuously improve software quality
