About the role
Garda Capital Partners is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst to support daily security operations, including vulnerability management, identity and access management, and incident response. The role involves partnering with stakeholders on security policies, vendor due diligence, and security awareness initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Run vulnerability management and patching: track findings to closure, prioritize remediation, and report on progress
- Conduct periodic user and privileged access reviews and help maintain least-privilege access across systems
- Support identity and access management (IAM) operations, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and access policy enforcement
- Handle day-to-day security operations, monitoring, and routine investigations
- Manage security awareness training and phishing simulation programs and follow up on results
- Triage and respond to incident escalations from our managed detection and response provider, driving them to resolution and escalating where appropriate
- Take ownership of analyst-level security tasks and recurring operational work to support the broader team
- Build effective working relationships with stakeholders across Garda's offices

Qualifications

- Detail-oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills
