Accounts Manager

About the role

The Accounts Manager will oversee end-to-end US and UK accounts payable operations, ensuring that invoice processing, payment cycles, and vendor reconciliations meet established SLAs. This role involves managing daily workflows, month-end closing activities, and maintaining compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements. Additionally, the manager will lead and mentor a team of accounts payable professionals.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end US/UK P2P operations including invoice receipt, coding, matching, approvals, and payment processing.
• Ensure invoice processing Turnaround Time and SLAs are consistently met.
• Monitor daily workflows, backlogs, and month-end closing activities for AP.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of AP staff.
