Senior Full Stack Engineer

About the role

As a Full-Stack Software Engineer on the manufacturing intelligence team, you will own problems end-to-end across the customer portal, ERP/MES systems, and the data layer connecting to the shop floor. You will capture process and machine data, automate manual workflows, and build interfaces to accelerate production. Your work will directly enable the manufacturing of mission-critical components for defense and space programs.

Responsibilities

• Capture process, machine, and quality data to digitize institutional knowledge.
• Automate manual steps in quoting, planning, scheduling, and documentation.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks between CAD/CAM data submission and part shipment.
• Build user-facing interfaces including dashboards, work instruction screens, and self-service portals.
• Collaborate directly with users to define solutions and own the full development lifecycle.
