Forward Deployed Engineer

About the role

The Forward Deployed Engineer will build strong client relationships while configuring and delivering technical solutions to meet specific client needs. This role bridges the gap between engineering, sales, and client success by translating business requirements into technical specifications using the company's proprietary programming language. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product value is demonstrated and strategic goals are met.

Responsibilities

• Analysing prospective partners and clients business requirements and translating them into technical solutions using Brossa.
• Codifying, configuring and delivering formal specifications of insurance products in various lines of business.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design technical solutions that align with the strategic goals of the client.
• Customising and configuring technology to achieve client objectives.
• Developing a deep understanding of the product suite to provide strategic guidance and recommendations.
• Demonstrating product value to key internal and client stakeholders.
• Building and managing platform integrations while providing ongoing technical support.
