About the role

The Conducteur de Travaux Datacenter is responsible for the operational management of construction sites and field team leadership within the datacenter sector. This role ensures projects meet quality, timeline, and profitability objectives while maintaining strict adherence to QHSE standards. The position acts as a key operational link between the business manager and field teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Pilot the execution of datacenter construction sites and ensure client satisfaction.
• Prepare sites by organizing logistics, coordinating teams and subcontractors, and managing risk assessments.
• Plan work schedules, set objectives for site managers, and monitor deadline compliance.
• Control technical execution and participate in site inspections.
• Manage quotes, track ongoing work, and contribute to service invoicing.
• Manage field teams by distributing workloads and ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with QHSE regulations.
• Provide regular reporting to the business manager and contribute to continuous performance improvement.
