Responsibilities

• Oversee project control for construction projects, focusing on schedules, costs, and quality.
• Coordinate requirements between users and building owners.
• Manage specific project control areas, including the creation and monitoring of schedule, organization, and payment plans.
• Coordinate project participants and ensure structured communication and documentation.
• Manage approval processes and coordinate with authorities.
• Monitor the performance of planning participants regarding quality, contract fulfillment, and project goals.
• Represent project management in meetings and coordinate with clients and partners.
• Conduct quality assurance through regular site visits.
• Support the resolution of goal conflicts and prepare necessary decisions.
