Head of Finance

About the role

The Head of Finance will serve as the CEO's primary counterpart, overseeing end-to-end financial operations including accounting, controlling, FP&A, and M&A. This role is responsible for building an AI-first finance function, managing unit economics, and ensuring investor readiness to support the company's rapid scaling. The position requires a hands-on leader who can translate complex financial data into strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the operating model and build an AI-first finance team to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Manage unit economics, partner with product and commercial teams on pricing, and define margin guardrails.
• Oversee energy finance, including procurement risk, hedging, and regulatory exposure.
• Build investor readiness by managing the financial model, equity story, and data room.
• Drive M&A and consolidation activities, including pipeline development, valuation, due diligence, and integration.
• Prepare finance operations for international expansion and new business models.
