About the role

The Talentspring Academy Group is building a new generation of educational platforms to address the skills gap in Germany. As an intern in Business Building & AI Automation, you will work within the venture-building team to develop internal systems, automate processes, and build data-driven tools that scale the organization. You will report directly to the CEO and focus on practical implementation rather than abstract strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and automate processes across marketing, sales, operations, and academy functions.
• Build internal applications and prototypes using AI and no-code tools like n8n.
• Manage the rollout, documentation, and team training for new internal tools.
• Develop AI workflows to handle operational tasks and improve efficiency.
• Consolidate data and build reporting structures to support management decision-making.
• Evaluate new tools and frameworks based on cost, benefit, and scalability.
• Support business building by creating data foundations and unit economics for new models.

Qualifications
