Deployment Strategist

About the role

Frontier Health is building AI co-workers to automate administrative tasks in healthcare. As a Deployment Strategist, you will own the end-to-end journey from contract signing to live, adopted AI deployments within healthcare organizations. You will act as the primary relationship owner, navigating complex governance and integration processes to ensure successful implementation and long-term adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the deployment process including scope, stakeholder relationships, and project outcomes
• Navigate governance, clinical safety, IT integration, and procurement to accelerate delivery
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer stakeholders from frontline staff to the C-suite
• Drive adoption and prove measurable impact of AI co-workers within healthcare settings
• Translate field insights into actionable feedback for product and engineering teams
• Manage change initiatives to ensure new workflows are successfully adopted by customers
