Senior AI Automation Expert

About the role

Blümlein AI & Automation helps medium-sized companies implement AI and automation pragmatically using the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The role involves building technical solutions, conducting workshops, and taking responsibility for AI projects rather than just managing tickets. You will work directly with leadership to structure use cases and develop internal standards for AI and automation.

Responsibilities

• Implement technical solutions within the Microsoft 365 environment
• Design and execute automations using Power Automate
• Build productive Copilot use cases and develop internal assistants with Copilot Studio
• Integrate SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, and other M365 components
• Troubleshoot Copilot and automation setups
• Conduct prompting workshops, Copilot training, and practice demos for executives
• Translate complex technical topics into understandable language for clients

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
