About the role

The Reinsurance team acts as the bridge between Seyna and its risk-bearing partners, structuring and placing reinsurance programs to manage risk exposure. This role involves developing partner networks, negotiating reinsurance conditions, and ensuring operational compliance through regular reporting. You will collaborate with actuarial, legal, and commercial teams to build competitive programs and support the automation of reinsurance tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the network of reinsurance partners, including internationally
• Build strong relationships with risk carriers through regular communication and understanding of their expectations
• Place reinsurance programs while meeting margin objectives and deadlines
• Manage annual renewals and renegotiate financial conditions to optimize margins and capital
• Provide necessary documentation to reinsurers such as monthly reports, reinsurance accounts, and cash flow statements
• Participate in the development and automation of reinsurance tools with the tech teams
