Senior Product Manager - Growth / E-Commerce

About the role

As a Senior Product Manager for Growth, you will lead the Onboarding and Shopping product team to optimize the customer journey from landing on the website to selecting a car subscription. You will drive conversion through high-velocity experimentation, personalization, and data-driven product strategy. Your work will be instrumental in scaling the platform to over 100,000 active subscribers.

Responsibilities

• Run a high-velocity experimentation engine by embedding conversion-rate optimization and A/B testing into the team's operating rhythm.
• Architect a personalized discovery journey by building intelligent search, dynamic vehicle filtering, and relevance ranking.
• Diagnose user friction points by synthesizing quantitative funnel signals and qualitative user interview insights.
• Define the top-of-funnel product vision and strategy to align with revenue and customer acquisition targets.
• Foster cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, data, marketing, brand, and pricing teams.
• Optimize for commercial outcomes including conversion lift, revenue expansion, and early-stage retention.
