About the role

The Bauleiter / Projektleiter will manage civil engineering and landscaping projects from initial planning through to final handover. This role involves overseeing project economics, coordinating site resources, and ensuring quality and schedule adherence for complex construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Steer projects holistically from planning to handover.
• Monitor project costs, profitability, and manage project accounting.
• Calculate and negotiate contract additions.
• Plan and coordinate staff, machinery, equipment, and materials.
• Coordinate construction workflows with internal teams and subcontractors.
• Document performance, prepare measurements, and verify invoices.
• Ensure project quality and adherence to deadlines.
