About the role
UpGuard is seeking an IT Operations Analyst to build, operate, and improve the technology platform that enables secure and efficient work across the organization. This engineering-focused role involves managing the lifecycle of corporate technology, including identity, endpoints, and SaaS, while automating repetitive tasks to minimize friction. You will own the end-to-end administration of corporate systems and implement security as a core property of operational engineering.
Responsibilities
- Manage identity and fleet operations including Google Workspace, IdP solutions, and MDM for macOS and ChromeOS.
- Oversee SaaS administration, asset management, and the joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle.
- Operate and improve Cloudflare Zero Trust environments including ZTNA, Secure Web Gateway, and DNS filtering.
- Develop internal tooling and automation using Python, REST APIs, Apps Script, and Terraform to remove manual work.
- Define and improve service operations practices such as incident, problem, and change management.
- Deploy and maintain security controls, endpoint hardening, and operational risk reduction.
