Lead BI Developer

About the role

Launch Potato is seeking a Lead BI Developer to own the reporting infrastructure that powers decision-making across various business verticals. You will partner closely with Yield, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to uncover trends, conduct retrospective analyses, and ensure data work directly influences business decisions. This role requires a proactive analytical partner who can manage the full reporting lifecycle from raw data ingestion to final dashboard delivery.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing reporting to identify discrepancies, redundancies, and inconsistencies.
• Develop and execute a roadmap to standardize reporting across assigned verticals.
• Partner with business teams to understand key performance levers and provide actionable insights.
• Architect complex data models with an understanding of downstream impacts.
• Conduct retrospective analyses on experiments, creatives, offers, and performance metrics.
