About the role

The Team Lead IT Finance & Risk is responsible for the professional and personnel management of the team within the IT Delivery department. This role ensures the stable, secure, and efficient provision of business applications while driving their further development in close cooperation with the specialist departments.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and disciplinary leadership to assigned employees and foster their professional and personal development
• Manage the operation, maintenance, and further development of applications and services in the Risk & Finance and SAP areas
• Steer internal and external resources as well as relevant service providers
• Prioritize and implement requirements in coordination with specialist departments and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with quality, security, and architecture guidelines
• Manage planning, budget, risks, and capacities within the team
