The Matching Operations Coordinator facilitates communication between talent and internal stakeholders to ensure streamlined operations. This role involves managing administrative tasks, maintaining effective communication channels, and supporting project performance within assigned accounts. The coordinator acts as a primary point of contact to ensure seamless interactions and information sharing across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for communication between talent who are hired on client engagements and internal Toptal stakeholders.
- Independently manage communication through various channels to ensure seamless interactions and information sharing.
- Follow up with talent within assigned accounts to understand project status, identify and pursue up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, proactively prevent disputes, and share relevant updates with stakeholders as needed.
- Manage and execute various tasks and actions associated with assigned accounts to ensure smooth operations and job performance.
- Maintain proactive and timely communication with the team via Slack or Zoom during designated working hours.
- Organize and update process guidelines, making them easily accessible for team reference.
- Assist in onboarding new team members to ensure a smooth integration process.
- Support the completion of ad-hoc strategic projects, as needed.
