The Workplace Technology & AI Automation Specialist manages the digital employee experience, including IT provisioning, user access, and the development of AI-powered automations. This role aims to remove operational friction by streamlining workflows across non-clinical teams as the company scales. It is a foundational position focused on both IT support and the implementation of agentic workflows.

Responsibilities
