About the role

The Workplace Technology & AI Automation Specialist manages the digital employee experience, including IT provisioning, user access, and the design of AI-powered automations. This role focuses on removing operational friction by streamlining non-clinical workflows and building agentic solutions to improve organizational efficiency. It is a foundational position responsible for both technical support and developmental automation projects.

Responsibilities

• Provision hardware and manage user accounts and permissions.
• Provide first-line technical support for employees.
• Identify repetitive transactional work across non-clinical teams including Operations, G&A, Product, Sales, and Marketing.
• Design and deliver AI-powered automations, agentic workflows, and system integrations to streamline business processes.
