About the role

The Workplace Technology & AI Automation Specialist manages the digital employee experience, including IT provisioning, user access, and the design of AI-powered automations for non-clinical teams. This role is responsible for removing operational friction by streamlining workflows and implementing agentic solutions across departments. It is a foundational position focused on scaling internal tooling and AI capabilities within a remote-first organization.

Responsibilities

• Provision hardware and manage user accounts and permissions.
• Provide first-line IT support for internal employees.
• Identify repetitive transactional tasks across non-clinical teams including Operations, G&A, Product, Sales, and Marketing.
• Design and deliver AI-powered automations, agentic workflows, and system integrations to streamline business processes.
