About the role

The Workplace Technology & AI Automation Specialist manages the digital employee experience, including IT provisioning, user access, and the development of AI-powered automations. This role focuses on removing operational friction by streamlining workflows across non-clinical teams such as Operations, Product, and Sales. It is a foundational position designed to scale internal tooling and AI capabilities within a remote-first organization.
