About the role

The Digital Workplace & Automation Specialist manages the digital employee experience, including IT provisioning, user access, and the design of AI-powered automations. This role focuses on removing operational friction by streamlining workflows across non-clinical teams. It is a foundational position responsible for both IT support and the development of agentic workflows and integrations.
