The Workplace Technology & AI Automation Specialist manages the digital employee experience, including IT provisioning, user access, and the development of AI-powered automations. This role focuses on removing operational friction across non-clinical teams by streamlining workflows and implementing agentic solutions. It is a foundational position designed to support a fast-scaling, remote-first organization.

Responsibilities
