The Workplace Technology & AI Automation Specialist manages the digital employee experience, including IT provisioning, user access, and the design of AI-powered automations. This role focuses on removing friction for non-clinical teams by streamlining operational tasks and developing agentic workflows. It is a foundational position designed to support a fast-scaling, remote-first organization.
