About the role

The Workplace Technology & AI Automation Specialist owns the digital backbone of the employee experience, managing IT provisioning, user access, and the design of AI-powered automations. This role exists to remove friction for a fast-scaling, remote-first organization by streamlining internal processes and eliminating repetitive tasks across non-clinical teams. It is a foundational position that balances operational IT support with the development of agentic workflows and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provision hardware and manage user accounts and permissions.
• Serve as the first line of support for IT issues.
• Identify repetitive, low-value transactional work across non-clinical departments.
• Build AI-powered solutions, agentic workflows, and integrations to streamline internal processes.
