About the role

The Workplace Technology & AI Automation Specialist manages the digital employee experience, including IT provisioning, access management, and the design of AI-powered automations. This role focuses on removing operational friction by streamlining workflows across non-clinical teams. It is a foundational position responsible for both technical support and the development of agentic workflows and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Provision hardware and manage user accounts and permissions.
• Serve as the first line of technical support for employees.
• Identify repetitive transactional work across non-clinical departments.
